In my current role, I co-lead a team of 18 Kubernetes and CI/CD engineers, focusing on division and people development while also leading the Platform Engineering initiative. I help shape our vision by refining processes and structures, conducting market analysis, and developing go-to-market strategies. Additionally, I consult in business development and manage requirements engineering for clients, while serving as the OKR Champion within the company.

In my previous role, I supported customers in transforming to container platforms and migrating their workloads, whether on-prem or in the cloud. I managed agile projects using Scrum and Kanban, established cross-departmental project teams, and assisted in business analyses. Additionally, I managed stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle and worked on optimizing the customer journey while further developing our service portfolio.

In my role as a marketing manager, I integrated an acquired company into the department and led the project management for a complete website redesign. I was responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating national and international trade fairs and events, developing presentations for both the department and sales teams, and managing the product portfolio. Additionally, I created market launch concepts, planned sales-promotion activities, conducted ongoing market and competitive analysis, and ensured the maintenance of customer data.

In my ongoing side hustle as a web designer for my family business, I handle the setup, styling, and operation of the website using WordPress, as well as implement and manage the online shop through WooCommerce.
